Self Catering or Catered Accommodation
Cuthill (pronounced 'Kettle') House is a listed 19th Century farmhouse built in 1820, set in its own 200 acres of farmland and offers holiday accommodation of 5 bedrooms (can sleep up to 12 people), 2 are ensuite, a large drawing room, dining room, a huge playroom/ceilidh room, a large dining kitchen with Aga, a large garden with plenty of parking ( 20 or more cars can easily fit), set in its own 200 acres of farmland with woods, a river and its own south facing pebble and sand beach.
The accommodation can be either Self-Catering or Catered.
Sitting Room
The Sitting Room has a log burning fireplace, comfy sofa and chairs, TV and DVD player with windows on 3 sides looking South over the Dornoch Firth, West and North.
Dining Room
The Dining Room is set in the large front hall with a log burning fireplace, and a large dining room table and chairs that can seat up to 12 people.
Kitchen
The Kitchen seats 10 and has both an electric cooker and a full-sized oil fired Aga. The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge, dishwasher, microwave. There is a large pantry and utility/laundry room.
Play Room
The Play Room is the size of an entire croft with a log burning stove at one end. Perfect for entertaining day and night.
Master Bed Room
The Master Bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and double bed.
Bed Rooms 2, 3 & 4
Three further bedrooms have pairs of beds in the them. There is a second bathroom on the landing.
Bed Room 5
The fifth bed room has 2 single beds and a bunk bed with an ensuite bathroom that also has another door leading into the passage for other rooms to use.
